Additional Phone

Hi.

I just upgraded to the Smart Hub 2 with Digital Voice and with the Advanced Digital Home Phone - with Alexa built-in. I want to get an additional phone as an extension but don't necessarily need Alexa on it. Am i forced to get the same type of phone or is there another option that will work along side the Alexa phone with the compatibility of- say - transferring calls or automatically updating contacts etc.

You can buy the cheaper essential DV phone which is compatible
