This is really a last resort! Our address and postcode changed when a new road was put in for us, many years ago now, and I have tried several times, to no avail, to get the address updated, both on the BT account and with Openreach. I've complained about this in writing a few weeks ago and one of BT's customer service bods have been in touch with me - even she admits she's struggling to get this updated with Openreach! What on earth do you have to do for this to happen??!?

Hi @jubejube32 Welcome to the forum and thanks for your post.
We can get your installation address of a BT line updated for you. Firstly have you checked that your new address is listed on the Royal Mail website? If so then we can get this corrected for you. Send us over your details by clicking on my user name and selecting contact the mods.
PS please include your full address as matched with Royal Mail on the form to speed things up.
