Wait till the hub connection time reaches 3 days, if it's still fixed at 2mbps, the BT forum mods will need to give it a nudge.

Lucky you to have that. Mine has dropped to 0.2MB. I can't even watch iplayer. BT finally acknowledged after a few months of this and have said there is a fault on the line and are sending an engineer out the second week of January to look at it. Good luck.
