Again BTHub5-C575 Broadband isn’t not connected with the android device


We live at E3 4Dl , BTHub5-C575,We had same problems earlier WiFi not connected with Android device ,,it’s only connected with apple device,we have done ✅ factory reset and restart so many times ,fix it ple

The BB must be OK for the Apple to connect. So it's just the WiFi cinnection.

 

Tell the Android to Forget the router's WiFi connection & the connect again afresh giving the WiFi pwd.

have you split the 2.4 and 5ghz bands as many devices don't like them combined.  Is apple device connecting to btwifi-x?  android will not connect to that only apple
