One click view in tab now working - no more pop-up.

Still odd behaviour after POP3 download - over 1/2 hr later messages still in inbox, then eventually disappear from inbox, but yet to appear in trash.  Will they reach? Or are they gone into the ether?

This New Improved BTMail is certainly entertaining!

Still POP3 downloaded emails vanishing - not appearing in trash

Continuing problem - after POP3 download (which should delete) emails are still showing in inbox and even when they don't they are not appearing in trash.

Tried to move them manually post download and webmail reported 'an error has occured'.  Following that, nothing is accessible - just a box with spinning wheel & 'loading' text. Sits there indefinitely.

Why is this?

Re: Can't access email today - system extreamly slow and non-responsive

Hi @DISRUPTED sorry that you are not able to access your emails. If you are still unable to access the emails I've sent you a Private Message with details on how to contact the Mod team and we'll be happy to help you. We are busier than usual at the moment so it will take longer than usual for us to get back to you.

cheers

John

Re: Can't access email today - system extreamly slow and non-responsive

John,

Service has returned, but it is rather erratic - as I'm sure you are aware if you are following postings here.

What's also troubling is why downloaded (POP3) emails are a) showing a delay to be removed from inbox, b) then vanishing rather than being moved to trash (as was previously the case).  This phenomenon seems to have started end May / beginning June.

Any ideas?
