Since Wednesday evening (1st April but no joking sadly). every call to or from my mobile has cut me off or maybe drops the person i’m speaking. Possibly the latter because they go but timer on phone still carries on for a while before the phone hangs up.
its happened in the house on BT WI-FI as well as outside on a walk where i frequently speak on the phone while walking.
its an apple iphone xs and i’ve already spent over an hour with them doing all the checks. This is the next step
