All my emails in my inbox have disappeared

For some bizarre reason, all my emails have disappeared from view on my laptop.  I have emails in my spam, drafts and sent, but nothing in my trash either.  I can still see my folders.  If I hover my mouse over the 'inbox' it tells me how many emails I have but the screen is blank.

Anyone else have this ?  How can I see them? I can see my emails on my phone, but often need to open an attachment on my laptop.  Very odd!

When you get logged on, go to the "Change View" at the right hand side. Click on it and click on one of the "Preview Panes".

Do not click on the "attachment view".

Is your inbox now showing correctly?

No, I tried that before, & I've tried it again.

Weirdly though, now I have some really old emails!
