I'm sorry you (Les-Gibson) got the wrong impression, unless you work for BT, in which case I do not blame you for BT's failings. There are so many things wrong with the system that it would take me about a week to list them. Just one example: When I type a greeting, e.g. 'Hello, A.B.' I then hit 'Enter' and start typing. Nothing appears on my screen! I have to hit 'Enter' again to leave a blank line below my greeting before what I type appears on the screen. If I go back to the end of my greeting and hit 'Delete', what I have typed jumps up to fill the empty line. One more: When I want to delete a contact, the wheel of doom saying 'Deleting' spins endlessly until I hit 'Delete' again! Why do I need to hit 'Delete' twice? If it's to guard against accidental deletions, it should put up the usual dialog box "Are you sure you want to delete this contact?"

It may be worthwhile clearing cookies and if that doesn't work, and you're using Chrome, go into settings and try Reset Chrome.
When sending e-mail to a name , the drop list of contact is opening , containing the name typed and similar names : the problem is that on the drop list there are several wrong names , with previous spelling mistakes etc . How can I get rid of these wrong entries from the drop list and keep only the correct ones
