Am I on a banded profile?

I have had major issues with my phone line for a week with crackling on the line, which caused my broadband to regularly drop out (Infinity 2).  The Openreach engineer today fixed the fault (water corrosion on the pole in the street) but my broadband speed is slower than what I am used to. The upload was 14 and now it is 12 and the download speed was 56 and is now 46.
Dont know why this would happen and some goolgling has suggested my profile is now capped. Can someone please confirm?

Probably not but you need to give the DLM time to recover your line after the errors on the line caused by the now-fixed line fault.
