Amazon Alexa

Good afternoon 🙂

I upgraded my broadband to Halo 1 and I'm sure it said I'd receive a Amazon Alexa, but I've had no confirmation of this what's so ever, so would just like to confirm this is still the case.

You will have to wait 14 days after the order closes before anything will happen. What normally happens is after 14 days, and order is sent by BT, to the BT shop who will then dispatch your free gift.

I will however ask a moderator for confirmation on the ordering process, as its seems to vary.

As this is just a customer forum, its often very difficult to keep track of all of the promotions, but I do know that 14 days applies to broadband promotions, and 30 days for mobile promotions, so you are out of the cooling off period.

Thanks for posting. @Keith_Beddoe is spot on. There is a 14 period once the order closes so if you don't hear anything by the end of the month post back and we'll take it from there.

Your order would have only just been sent to the BT Shop, they can take up to 30 days to dispatch your order. Once they have done that, you will receive an email with a tracking link, which you can use to track the order.
