Sorry for the confusion with the process of receiving the Amazon Echo. I appreciate the amount of time you have contacted us on live chat and I am sorry if you felt the advisors were rude to you.
The process explained to you is correct. After the 14 days following activation, you should have been sent an email with a voucher code that you use to place the order for the Amazon Echo on the BT Shop.
I appreciate that you have checked your mailbox and haven't received the email. Have you checked all your mail folders? If you have then please send us over your details as we'll have a better idea what the situation is when we look at the order.

When you complete the web form your email will join our queue and as soon as you reach the top one of the guys will give you a shout back.

The link will only show on a desktop, or if you view the desktop version of the forum on a mobile.

Hi @Courtneysw98 I called earlier sorry I could not get to speak with you.
Your order is eligible for the Amazon Echo and this has been processed. The procedure is different for the offer you took up in that you do not get a voucher code to place your order on the BT Shop. Once your order was outside the cancellation period your details were forward to the shop to order the Echo for you. The details were forwarded to the shop just before Christmas but your order has not yet been completed. Once your order is dispatched you will be sent an email to track delivery of your gift.
I'm sure it is just a short delay in completing orders over the holiday period and it will be dispatched very soon. If you have an query the BT Shop will be able to help you if you give them a call on 0800 917 0510.
