Amazon Firestick & BT Premium Whole Home WIFI

Please can anyone help, we had been using our amazon firestick all the while we had mobile data in our house, once we had wifi put in and I installed BT premium whole home wifi the amazon firestick wont work, comes up as connected with issues and the following error message

too_many_redirects

Please can someone help - i really have had enough of rebooting and retyping passwords etc all to no avail

Try turning off Smart Set up and parental Controls... That should help

Hi Nigel, thanks for this and yes, i had seen this somewhere else but i couldnt find where to turn off smart set up on the new premium whole home wifi pack? can you show me a picture of where this setting is please?

http://192.168.1.254 should take you to the hub settings and you can turn it off through their. If it asks for the admin password, that's on the little tab that comes with your hub..
