Since logging into the Amazon Prime app I have to power off my BT TV box before I can then open the Netflix app, this happens consistently. When selecting Netflix after opening Prime Video the loading pips show and the app fails to open. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi @AlexJC welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're experiencing problems opening the Netflix app on your BT TV box, I haven't seen any other reports of that particular problem but would firstly recommend checking the app software is up to date.
You can check if a software update is available manually at any time by going to:

If an update is available, your TV box will then download it automatically. Let me how you get on.

The software was all up to date as of when I raised this on the forum, I've not checked for a couple of days but it was still having the same issue as of 02/01/2020.
