Amazon Reward Card - How long to wait?

Hi all,

I recently opted for FTTP after moving into my new home and signed up using a referral link, to my understanding I was to receive a £50 Amazon voucher.

My service was connected on 25.06.21, and have paid a couple of bills now so just wondering how long it takes? I read that it should be within 30 days or so?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi @lukeanderson100, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry that you have not had an update on your voucher. The Refer A Friend offer says you should receive the card within 30 days from the bill payment date. Please check the payment date and if it's over 30 days post back and let us know and we can chase it up for you.
