I activated by BT SIM on the 24th of September, and believe I claimed the Amazon reward card on that day.
I haven't had anything back regarding it, no confirmation that I've claimed it, and nothing has arrived.
I reached a 'contact us' webchat and was tld that if my code was no longer working I must have sucessfully claimed the reward, but I've found the whole process kind of indecipherable and vague.
Can anyone chase this up for me?

Was there a point in submitting the enquiry or was it just for the sake of placating me?
Thanks Jon- my voucher delivery time has exceeded the expected delivery by quite a long time by now though, have I been conned?
