Amazon Voucher Offer Problem

Hello,

   I signed up for a BT Mobile plan on the 2nd August 2016, 2 year contract with a £120 Amazon/iTunes voucher thrown in. After waiting 45 days after claiming this nothing happened, I raised an incident which was looked into and I received three £5 Amazon Vouchers on the 25th October, little bit less than the original offer. I've raised another incident but so far had no acknowledgement of this one, bit frustrating to put it mildly.. Have BT broadband, landline, BT sport and Mobile so I did expect this, quite generous, offer to be a lot more straightforward to claim....

 

  Anyway, hope someone can help.
