Is it really that hard of a process to send out a voucher once activation has been complete? , this is the second BT sim i have had and it looks like the second time i wont recive a voucher!!
Admitidly the first one was my fault and cancled my sim after 12 months (still no amazon gift card thou lol)

Have you actually applied for the voucher after the service was activated? They rely on people forgetting as a way for them to save money.
Yes both times , even have the email stating they are making sure im elegable (I am) both times
