I tried to apply online for 5 BT mobile contracts but I could not do it online, then I called the customer service to ask how many can I get and the salesman told me I could get 5. I signed for 5 BT mobile contracts which was on offer where I was able to get £30 amazon vouchers for each contract, I applied on the 29th of December for amazon voucher as the salesman told me to do. I received a mail saying "Thank you for claiming your iTunes or amazon voucher" I have not received anything after 2 months I called the customer service and they told me I need to mail Voucher.firstname.lastname@example.org. I mailed them and I received an automatic message on the 9th March regarding the voucher offer and then I mailed them again on the 13th of April receiving the same mail. I called the customer service on the 19th of April to find out what was going on, the advisor took all the details and told me they would contact me. on the 21st of April I received a mail saying "unfortunately your order does not meet the specific criteria for you to receive on, to be eligible need to place your order via bt.com the offer is not available via ordering over the phone". nothing was written on the web about for me to be eligible i had to place the order via online as the salesman did not tell me anything about this either.
I tried to call BT customer service on the same day I received the email around 19.09pm and was kept on the line for over 51 minutes and later on the system said that they were close goodbye and the phone cut. I later on had a live chat with an advisor called Kamrun and he told me that he was not able to help and he would transfer me to the mobile and billing advisor named Garima. I explained to her the situation and she told me that the offer was only for people who apply online and I told her that it was not specified or written and also the salesman I called did not tell me anything about it only being for online applicants. I told her that I wanted proof of evidence and she told me to call the customer service because she could not help with the situation, I told her that customer service were shut and I was on the line for 51 minutes so she said that she would call my home number and connect me to BT customer service. she called my home number and told me she would put me on the line with BT customer service and I ended the chat waiting on the line for a while and she connected to the call again and told me they close at 8pm even though I told her. I wanted to talk to someone else available and the manger and she told me that they don’t deal with the issue. she was not helpful at all as I asked her again to speak to the manger and she told me that I should call back in the morning to speak to an advisor, I told her that i have no time to wait on the line for hours again and she told me that i should open a live chat and tell and advisor to connect me to customer support even though I waited over 10-15minutes for a chat to open? I was trying to explain something to her and she hung up the phone.
Can anyone please check my conversation with the salesman when I ordered the 5 Contracts and all the emails and calls I've recieved.

Last week the moderator had called me and told me I was eligible after a long wait but sadly Today the moderator emailed me saying that I was not eligible for the Amazon Voucher because the offer was only for customers on 2gb plan. On 24th of April the moderator sent me a mail which I pasted below:

I had brought my 5 Plans on 19th of december the week the £30 voucher was ongoing for customers on a 3gb plan, they told me that I was eligible at first but later on told me that it was only for online customers but I recived an email today saying that I had to be on a 2gb plan within that week to be for eligble for a £30 Amazon voucher as seen above highlighted I have proof the moderator sent me and that they are wrong and the vouchers team are liars. When you order the sim it does not say anything about the voucher is only for online customers if so it should be written clearly. I am really disapointed and never planning to be with bt again.
I am waiting for a reply from my last message i wrote on the 10.05.2016 about amazon vouchers and since then no mods tried to help me. I am really dissapointed with this situation can any mods with justices look at my case and try to sort something out but also listen to my conversations i have had with the salesman in December 2015. I have been waiting for this case to be sorted since december and i feel like you guys are delaying me on purpose. Can someone sort this out as soon as possible please. This has been over my third time writing in this forum about the same situation.
Thanks for posting. I can see @RobbieMac emailed you on the 10/05/16 confirming his findings after having this checked by the vouchers team. I'm really sorry but you're not eligible for the vouchers I'm afraid. The orders were placed over the phone and the offer was only available on the 2GB plan whereas the plans you had ordered were the 3GB ones. If you need further clarification on this you can always drop Robbie an email and he'll be happy to help.
I would like to know why you can see the message which was sent to me on the 25.04.2016 but you do not want to see the one that was sent on the 24.06.2016? In the message that was sent on the 24.04.2016 number 9 specifically says from 17.12.15 until 22.12.15 £30 vpucher on 3gb plan, i brought my plan on the 19th ? Why would you not try to understand the fact that I tried to do it online but the system did not allow me because I wanted to do 5 contract. Secondly it doesnt not mention online at all that it was only for customers who purchased online when you order, if it does say I would like go see proof because i checked many times and i did not sew anything. I would like you to also check my conversations with bt customer support and you can see i am 100% right. I also recieved a call on the 1st of may from robbie comfirming I am eligblefor the £30 amazon vouchers. I want someone to check this case from the beginning and decide.
I'm new to this forum. (I posted this in the other 'solved' amazon voucher thread, though thought it better to post here.
I recently ordered a new SIM (3rd May). Today (27th May 2016) I recieved a £5 amazon voucher. I was expecting a £35 voucher. I had an online chat with BT and they say it was £5 voucher for £5 sim at the time . (It a £20 voucher today!).
I may be mistaken, but was sure it was £35 for a £5 monthly sim (500mg deal).
I can see that the voucher dates were posted, it would be great if the May dates were published. I can then check if I got it wrong.
