I've looked at other posts regarding the Amazon Echo offer but the responses seem to involve private messages.
My new BB package was activated more than 30 days ago and I haven't received any email/info regarding the offer. Any ideas?

I am sorry that you haven't received the Amazon Echo. The process is that you would receive an email 30 days after your services are connected with a code to claim for the gift on the BT Shop.
I appreciate that it has been over 30 days and you haven't received anything so you can get in touch with us and we'll chase this on your behalf. I have sent you a private message with instructions on how you can send us over your details and we'll look into this for you. See: Private messages
