What a shame the web site did not state the start dates, Customer loyalty means nothing to BT and for the sake of eight hours they will loose a valued customer, I bet other people are thinking the same way.

You should have had a confirmation once that was submitted but as you're not getting anywhere I'll be happy to step in and lend a hand. Can you send me over the details? Hi David, it was the claims form and when it was submitted a reference number came up but unfortunately I didn't take a note of it as I was expecting an email to come through from BT. I will have a look at your profile as suggested and send over details. Many thanks for your help with this.
