Two options then either spend then or keep them for two month id say that is long enough to say look its been x days on yer bike pal

and then see what happens afterwords   Shame your first lot never arrived unsigned lol


I do hope mime come after all ive read but ive still 30 days to wait lol

My thoughts too and I'm sure your vouchers will arrive some time soon - I sympathise with your concerns about them turning up especially as my previous posts as well as those of others indicate there have clearly been issues but they seem to be making progress with them.

Hello, I had my claim for vouchers acknowledged 29th November. I have heard nothing since although I did eamil 5th January to ask what was happening. Can you help? Thanks, Ian

I activated the Sims and claimed as instructed. I got the following message back on the 29th September. I have heard nothing since, and recieved no reply to my enquiry of 5th January.

 

"Thank you for claiming your itunes or Amazon voucher.

 

What happens next?

 

We'll just need to check that you place your order online during the order period - andthat you have activqatedyour SIM card.

 

We'll then let you know if you've been successful, and send you your iTunes or Amazon voucher by post within 45 days."

Thanks for confirming that.

 

Your best bet would be to use the chase form above which will chase the claim that you raised.  If you continue to have problems after that then we will step in at that stage.

Got a reply from the chase facility (ref 170118-*****)Who tell me:

 

1. Voucher posted 05/01/16.

 

2. Should arrive before 15 days.

 

3. At the very latest should arrive 20/01/16.

 

However, no sign of any voucher. Over to you guys I quess as I can't think what else to do....... 😞
