Thanks for the reply - I've just filled in the form to the voucher team, but given the feedback on this thread how long should I give this before I need to try something else?

Another one here who activated their sim in august and still nothing.

 

Contacted the voucher team twice and not even the courtesy of a reply.

Hi I ordered both mobile and broadband in August but keep being told the vouchers weren't running thise days which is false. What do I do?

If your attempts to get the Amazon gift card have been unsuccesful, you can always refer to trading standards by clicking on the link below:

This is precisely what I am going to do if by Monday I have not received the Amazon Gift Cards that I am eligible for, as I have been more than patient for 2,5 months so far.

 

 

I will keep everybody posted to confirm if I received the Amazon gift cards by Monday or not.
