Thanks for taking the time to speak with me today.
You can reply here or else send me a private message and I'll see it when I'm back in office on Monday evening.
My new bt broadband service was activated on 4.2.19
I then received 2 emails saying it was time to claim my 12 months of amazon prime on the 19 and 20th of last month,
I then got the reply to say you should receive your prime code by email in the next few days twice!
But still no code even after the 28 days have passed.
Are there any moderators on here who can help?
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

I have filled out my details several times to recieve my free year of Amazon Prime and I still haven't recieved it. I've apparently got until the 19/03/2019 to get my code so I'm running out of time.
Can someone help?
