I signed up to BT broadband last month - activated on 4 Feb, where i recevied a year of Amazon prime
I have received an email, and reminder email asking me to enter my details to receive the Amazon code (on 15th Feb). When I entered my details it said I should receive the code for amazon prime within a couple of days, but nothing code has been sent. I have tried calling a number of times, but they dont seem to be able to help me. Can you help please?

Orders placed over the phone, do not qualify for reward cards.
Did the sales adviser promise that a reward card would be sent, as all calls are recorded?
Hi @AnnaJoiner Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. What @Keith_Beddoe says is correct and a Reward Card would not be available for orders placed over the phone. Post back and let us know what if this was promised.
