When was your service activated?

You will receive the Amazon Prime service code within 28 days from the date your broadband service went active.

Amazon Prime Code not received

Hi,

I've signed up weith BT on Wednesday 23rd January 2019 and my service was activated on Wednesday 6th February 2019 and I recieved an email to claim the Amazon Prime code onn 22/9 and once more on 23/9. I submitted the form the same day but It's been almost 2 weeks no0w and I haven't received anything. 

I spoke with BT customer service on chat and on the phone but most pof them had no clue about it. Only one of them said he requested the code to be sent again but I still haven't recveived it.

Could you please help? The deadline to claim it is approaching and although I have claimed it I'm worried that I will miss out on this.

Hi received email to say time to get my activation code for amazon prime , filled details x3 now but still no code , any ideas how to get sorted thanks

Free Amazon Prime for a year offer... where's my code?

Hi - I signed up for BT in January on the strength of the offer of Free Amazon Prime for a year. A few days after my account was activated, I was sent a link to claim the offer, and then was told I'd get a code sent to me...

Then a few days later, exactly the same again. Both times I claimed the offer, but no code has arrived. I've checked all my spam folders etc - and now I'm concerned that my 28 day claim period has elapsed. Anyone been through the same issues?

Thanks in advance for any advice you may be able to give.
