I am also having problems with this offer.
I have received 2 separate emails asking me to claim the Amazon Prime code so have gone through each time, filled in my details which then brings up a screen that says I will receive the code within a FIVE days.
I have repeated the claim a number of times but still not received a code. My broadband service was activated on the 29/01/19.

Hi, I've now tried to claim my code for the amazon prime offer twice and have yet to receive it. My package was activated on January 23rd so it has been more than the 28 days. How do I get it?
