Thank you for sending in your details. I gave your home number a quick call, I'm sorry I didn't get speaking to you.

I've passed on your details to my colleagues in the Rewards Team and I've asked them if there is any way the Rewards Card can be issued. I should get word back from them in the next few days and I'll post back as soon as I know more.

Amazon Prime Offer - Not received Code

I am also having problems with this offer.


I have received 2 separate emails asking me to claim the Amazon Prime code so have gone through each time, filled in my details which then brings up a screen that says I will receive the code within a FIVE days.

I have repeated the claim a number of times but still not received a code. My broadband service was activated on the 29/01/19.

Hi, I've now tried to claim my code for the amazon prime offer twice and have yet to receive it. My package was activated on January 23rd so it has been more than the 28 days. How do I get it?

I have same issue.

I recieved the "time to get a years Amazon prime on us" email on the 19th of Feb and followed the link same day and completed it successfully. It said I would receive the code in "a few days" but still nothing.
