Thanks all for your posts about the problem claiming the Amazon Prime offer.

With your help and feedback the promotions team have found the problem and resolved it. Customer's now should experience a simple online journey to claim the Amazon Prime for applicable orders. 🙂

Hi, I have also not received my code. I received an email this morning announcing that 'Here’s your unique code for 12 months of Amazon Prime'... but it was missing the actual code. Very frustrating. Can you tell me how to obtain one please? Thanks

Hi @DennisLip, welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm really sorry the Amazon Prime voucher code wasn't included in the email we sent. The gift team will be resending the email today to all customers affected by this issue so you won't need to send us in your details.
