Did you use your code on this link https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/prime/pipeline/promo_code_landing you'll be able to enter that code once you sign into your Amazon account.
Thanks for the working webpage, after logging into my amazon account I entered my promotional code and double checked it and it has come up with ‘invalid promotional code’
That should have taken you direct to a page which had a link on it to redeem your code.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.

I've just realised that it's now 2 weeks since I received the email about claiming my Amazon Prime code and I still haven't received it. Could somebody help, please?

If its only just two weeks, then give it a couple more days.
The problems I was having with Amazon prime have now been solved, thanks to all who helped. Other uses I hope my feeds help you.
I have not yet received my Amazon prime code after purchasing fibre broadband. I have received two e mails requesting my details (19th and 22nd Feb) and have completed both. Each stated I would recive a code in 5 days , as yet nothing has been received. My broadband was activated on 4 Feb 2019.
