Amazon Prime free for 12 months

I really hope someone can help me, I qualify for amazon prime free for a year, I received the email like many others on this forum and sent it off with the relevant information and got no response from BT, so I rang to get some help with this and I was given a website and a code, the website I was given wasn’t correct as I received error messages saying this page wasn’t recognised....so again I rang for help explaining what had happened, the person I spoke with didn’t know enough information to help me so passed my issue on to the relevant team, submitting it as a promo code error and assured me someone would be intouch to help me. That was on the 21st Feb, I haven’t received any correspondence regarding this. My concern is I only have until the 13th March to activate my code. I wish for the matter to be resolved so I can enjoy amazon prime.

Did you use your code on this link https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/prime/pipeline/promo_code_landing you'll be able to enter that code once you sign into your Amazon account.

Thanks for the working webpage, after logging into my amazon account I entered my promotional code and double checked it and it has come up with ‘invalid promotional code’

That should have taken you direct to a page which had a link on it to redeem your code.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Amazon prime coded not yet received.

I have not yet received my Amazon prime code after purchasing fibre broadband. I have received two e mails requesting my details (19th and 22nd Feb) and have completed both. Each stated I would recive a code in 5 days , as yet nothing has been received.  My broadband was activated on 4 Feb 2019.
