I have filled in the required two emails for new Bt customers dated 22 and 26 February saying that my code for Amazon Prime would be received in 5 days. My service was activated on 7 February. Could someone please advise? Thanks.

I ordered BT home hub etc and all arrived great . was supposed to get amazon prime free fro a year - received an email asking for my number and details. copleted it. 2 days later received the same email. completed it. --- 2 weeks ago and no news -- wonder if anyone else had the same issue, apparently its only valid until 14 march and am keen not to lose but not sure how to prgress or if it normally takes this long.
