I took out a sim deal back in September and put in the claim for the Amazon voucher but have not received anything. I have contacted the online chat, where I was told to submit a form, but have received no acknowledgement or reply from this. It has gone past the time frame when it said I should receive the voucher. I see that there are a lot of people on the forum with the same issue, so it appears to be a real problem. I would appreciate knowing how to find out whether it is coming or been lost in the process somewhere.
