Seems like this is a common issue, but I ordered my BT mobile sim back in July and made the claim around that time and still haven't heard anything about it?!
I have already raised the issue on the "Chase your voucher" page and have just been sent three separate identical emails every 14 days being told "this issue has been raised with the relevant team". It has been double the 45 days and I am being sent in circles, can anyone sort this out?
