When I search by e-mail, after a while I get the message, an unexpected error gas occurred.
I have a lot of e-mails but I am able to view all my different folders and inboxes.
This is on the BT mobile Web Site and also when using an app BlueMail.
I sont have conversation mode switched on but I'm searching as opposed to viewing, so don't know if this helps.
