My broadband went live on 9th March as scheduled and the following day I completed the online claims for £50 reward card and £50 cashback cheque. I got the reward card a few days later, but still no sign of the cashback cheque after more than 2 months. My order number began with AJM. Will someone please help?

Yes, that form accepted my order details and told me to allow 45 days for the cheque to arrive. That was 72 days ago now.
