Another BT Sim Activation Problem

New SIM only delivered yesterday for an unlocked OnePlus, followed all instructions, had text saying I was activated, tried to complete BT webpage to carry old number from Three with PAC code, page says I'm not activated ! So I wait 24hrs and try again, still says I'm not activated, (using keepmynumber), webchat advise they have now activated again but keepmynumber says I'm still not.

 

What a mess, I've had a text saying I'm activated but your system shows I'm not, thank goodness for the 14 day cancellation period, if this doesn't get sorted I'll be using it.

Welcome to the community forum and thank you for posting.

 

If you take a look at - Can I keep my number when I move to BT Mobile?

 

Once you've activated your SIM and given us your PAC code, it could take up to three days to move your number.

Saprolith, if I were you I'd simply give them a ring, you don't wait for hours on hold to get through to mobile. 150 from your handset (if it is indeed activated) or 0800 800 150 . They'll be able to clear it up for you
