Another Cashback cheque not received!

I claimed my £50 cash back cheque on 11 November 2016 but so far no acknowledgement or cheque. I can't seem to find any information on how to chase up. Can anyone help?

I tried calling today, sorry I missed you. I've had confirmation that your cheque will be processed and should be with you in the next 21 days so can you let me know when you receive it?

Many thanks to the moderators who have helped with this. After 70 days I have finally received my cheque but there must surely be an easier way to reward customers than this. Perhaps BT need to have a re-think.
