It seems that even when one checks the coverage map prior to ordering, that cannot be relied upon for accuracy.
I accepted the 4G was not available here yet, but when told that coverage for 3G, phone, texts etc was "V Good", that was acceptable; as at home, WiFi/BlueTooth connection already exists.
I have to say that I am very disappointed 😞
Previously with O2 without any issues whatsoever.

O2 are on a different band to BT/EE hence why difference in signal strength
Thank you for your response, the issue now being that mostly it is showing "No Signal" and therefore appears useless at home.
Does anyone have any ideas as to how I may improve the situation, without the obvious leaving BT?
