Another problem... loss of broadband

SInce I joined my BT package in July, I had nothing but problems and I am really getting desparate.

Why did I leave my previous supplier...

 

The latest is that since yesterday the broadband connection is not working, and 2 purple lights are flashing on the smarthub

I called BT, there was a one hour wait to speak to CS, so opted for the call back service which never happened. Called again, queued for an hour an gave up in the end as I needed to get some sleep!

Finally I got through this morning to a friendly but not very knowledgeable CS in India, who told me to switch the router  off and on etc etc (even though I did these already several times) After waiting for another 10 min. she commented it will be a network issue and I might hear something in 48 hrs. This means no internet the entire weekend! 

I 'm having intermittent issues with the wifi too (can't get online with tablets, laptops etc) so I already have used up much more of my mobile date for which I will be charged. This is all not good enough. The time I wasted over the last months waiting for engineers, faulty hubs, slow wifi is giving me grey hairs...

Is your landline working?  If not report a line fault on 151. If working, try a quiet line tes 07170 option 2 any noise report a line fault on 151.

My landline is working.

I am not at home now so I can't do the test

BT tested it this morning and they claim it is network issue

I was told "someon"e would call me on Saturday.... of course they didn't

I don't have BB since Thursday, still flashing lights/network problem

Let down again by BT...Smiley Frustrated

Day 6 of no broadband, no BTTV extra channels and no update from BT on this matter?

 

I think I have serious reasons to get out of the contract since we have had so many problems since day 1we sigend up.
