Another slow connection

Hi all

I got BT Infinity installed on the 18th Nov 2011 and enjoyed 35mbps speeds up to January. The speed then dropped to 19mbps, this decreased again in Feb to 12mbps. Over the past few days the speeds drop to as low as 0.5kbps. If I reset the router the 12mbps is restored.

I've just run the speedtest, see below. How can I get a constant speed of 35mbps back?

Thanks for your help.

Jon

In response to your email, yes I'm connected via a cable. Here is a speed test run at 18.45 today.
