Another wrong amount sainsburys gift card

I too have been sent a £50 gift card instead of the stated £125 for taking their infinity offer, used the online chat procedure 3 times,every time they have forwarded the transcript to the gift card dept yet 12 days later,still no response.Tried phoning,been given 7 different numbers only to find out the relevant gift card team are unreachable via phone,only email.

last resort i am now looking to cancel the contract as they have breached it.

Just been to sainsburys to use £50 gift card only to find it had £25 on it. Have sent complaint. Will they care ?
