Does anyone know what modes P, TE and TB do on a BT Decor 1200 corded landline phone? A switch under the phone provides these options, but I've no idea what they do. I'm hoping one of them might be helpful for someone who is deaf.
I'm trying to set up this old phone so that my deaf father can use it. I looked up the manual online but it's useless - just tells me these are the available modes but not what they do. I'm not able to speak to my father over the phone and, currently, he's not willing to change to a new phone.
