Any one else having disgusting service from BT

I am having very disappointing customer service from bt. My installation was 3 months delayed.. My service has been dropped over a dozen times in 6 months.. Because I am a fibre to the house Broadband I am left waiting over 3 hours in a queue to speak to anyone..

I am still not having the correct speeds from my broadband and I have been waiting 6 days for my call back which should of happened within 24 hours..

The level of service I am getting is so poor that if I could change company then I would but I am on a dedicated infinity site so BT have me stuck..

Does any one have any idea how I can get hold of a manager but not via the telephone as I can not wait for 3-4 hours on there phone again...

And to top it off the bills are so expensive but yet again I can't go any where cheaper..

Any ideas?

Can you run this checker and post back a screen shot of the results

and use this speed tester then carry out the further diagnostics and post back a screen shot of all the results including your IP profile for up and down. This test must be done with a wired connection.

if you have a Homehub 5 can you also post the stats from 1-12 by logging onto the homehub management pages then troubleshooting > helpdesk. http://bthomehub.home/

OK I will connect my lap top up later to the router and see what I get
.. BT have confirmed there is a fault with my address. Hence why they said they would get technical to contact me within 24 hours but yet again no reply or anything
