I am having a really bad experience with BT over faults with broad band and email and getting nowhere fast. I have had a fault logged for over a week and they deny knowledge an just ask me to wait another 48 hours, rediculous. anyone help me with some advice how i find someone who will actually care or do i take my problem to the ombudsmen?

I'm sorry you're having problems. I'm sure we'll be able to help. I need a few details first. Are you on Infinity or ADSL broadband? Are you having a dropping connection or slow speed issue? Can you try posting some speed test results? Give us as much information as possible and we'll take it from there.
