Apple devices drop wireless connection

Hello,

I've had Infinity for a few weeks now and every time I use any Apple device, such as an iPod Touch, iPhone or iPad, after a few minutes of loading web pages, updating an app or watching a video it'll disconnect and I'll have to reconnect it again but I don't have to put the password in. it only happens to my Apple devices, wireless works on the PC, laptop, consoles and my Android phone. all the devices are on the latest iOS and the hub I have is the 3.0 one.

any help will be grateful. thanks

Re: Apple devices drop wireless connection

Disable the smart wireless technology in the homehub and make sure you're connected to the correct wireless. I couldn't get an iPad to hold a connection for more than 10 seconds. Seems like the iPad gets confused by the actual wireless access point you're trying to connect to and the open access point that the home hub also dishes out. Disable the smart technology, connect to the password protected access point and it should be fine.

Re: Apple devices drop wireless connection

Best thing to do maybe is buy a better router. Unless you have BT Vision.
