'Applicable taxes' on my first bill

Can someone tell me what 'applicable taxes' are on my first bill? My bill has come through as £34.81 yet I agreed to £26.99.

In the small print when I received my confirmation email for my original order it also mentions that VAT is already included in the price, hence the £26.99.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Re: 'Applicable taxes' on my first bill

Nothing to do with taxes.
The first bill usually covers fixed charges for a month and a bit and variable charges since activation.
You then subsequently always pay the fixed charges a month in advance.

There's info explaining this on the web site help pages. Also check the date ranges on the bill.

Your second bill should cover jyst one month abd be as you expect.
