April update

My BT Youview box is reporting the software update at 09-05-2013 as follows;

Manufacturers Software - 10.6.0, the latest should be 12.7.0

Component Software - 1.3.4                                   1.4.10

Platform Configuration - 332                                   450

ISP Configuration 27

Is this right!!!!!

Is there any other way of getting the latest update, the box reports that I have the latest.

I have been checking my BT Youview box for the last week and yesterday 9th May, it reported an update to the software version.  When I checked the version, I see that it has only updated to the version released in March ie 10.6.0, 1.3.4, 332.

Whilst this is a later version than before the 9th May, it is not to the latest issue.  Any advice?

This was posted on the Youview forum by one of their reps this evening

The software update for BT boxes is not complete. It's taking longer than expected due to a minor problem with the software manager that we've now fixed. After a few more days of testing we should be resuming

its embedded in the thread
