best to do a BT speed test as well and post that, you want to find what your IP profile is and that is the only way to telll

stats look good but profile at 4000 should be 4500 for your current speed  stable connection and should rise to normal

What are the CRC events, HEC events and the Error Seconds as these seem to be higher the longer im connected
