Hi I’m new on here I can’t seem to get through to bt as always busy my bill was due and needs to be paid by 21st where by they will restrict services I need internet as my children are currently home schooling due to the covid 19 however I do not get paid until 24th I am a month behind and cannot pay two bills in one month help appreciated

BT are not restricting services or disconnecting people for payment issues until June. This only applies to bills issued after 20th March 2020.
Just make payment whenever you are able.

@Sarahc75, I presume your outstanding bill was produced before the 20th of March? You can request more time to pay on our automated line by calling 0870 240 5566 and choosing option 4.
