Hi, recently had my Infinity 4 installed, but I dont like the limitations on the configuration for the Smart Hub supplied by BT, so I tried to use my exisitng DSL-AC68U modem/router. I configured the router to use a WAN port on PPPOE as described by multiple guides. I can get a connection, however it is limited to 30 Mbps. This is about 1/10 of what i would have expected. I used the settings shown below which is for the non-dsl version of the router. Anyone had any similar issues?
The Asus DSL-AC68U had a few issues a good while back but they should have been fixed by firmware updates by now. You could try installing the latest firmware, then factory reset the router and put in your settings again.
I haven't used an Asus so if that doesn't improve things perhaps a member that uses that model will offer a suggestion.
You might try disabling VPN + DCHP connection. See if that makes a difference.
The latest firmware is 3.0.0.4.380.7712 but your screenshot shows an earlier version.

But the screenshot was for an RT-AC68U.
