How do I find emails with an attachment(s)? I have searched for and found all the emails from someone I know.  Across the top of the list and to the right hand side there are symbols: a flag, a paper-clip, and 'Priority'.  I would expect below the paper-clip to be an indication of those emails in the list that had an attachment, but No! When I right-click on the paper-clip I get a list: Reply, Reply all, Forward, Delete, More [More gives more useless stuff]

How do I find emails with an attachment?

Go to the top of your email page (under your displayed address) and you'll see the option to 'change view'. Pressing this you'll see 'attachments' and on clicking, will collate all your attachments in one place. Doesn't work great as it can take up to 3 minutes to change whilst you stare at the spinning wheel of doom. Better than nothing though. BT email does not handle 'attachments' very well so if you have very low expectations, they may just be met...

If you are searching for a known sender, select the "preview right" in the "Change View" prior to starting your search.

Set the parameters that you want to search on and once the list of emails have been found you will see those that have an attachment indicated by the attachment paper clip showing below the date of the email.

Select the email that you want and it will open in the preview pane where you can then click on the attachment. If you just want to view the attachment click on the attachments icon and it will open in a preview pane. If you want to download the attachment click on the attachment's name.
