Automatically receiving and copying a particular email

Go to solution

I refer to just one email that I regularly receive from a particular address.

As well as receiving it in my own inbox, I would like it to be automatically copied to a different email address.

Is this possible?

It is with a mail client such as MS Outlook by creating a rule. I doubt it is possible with webmail.

If you are on the BTMail email system you can set up a rule to forward it to another email address.

Log onto your email account and go to Settings > Mail > Rule > Add > Set the rule and give it a name and save.

It is not possible to create rules if you are still on the BTYahoo mail system.
